As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely payments from clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the external accounting firm to ensure seamless financial processes.
* Review and cross-check invoices submitted to clients, ensuring accuracy and prompt payment.
* Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable ledgers, keeping financial records up-to-date and accurate.
* Build and maintain relationships with both clients and vendors, becoming the go-to person for queries, payment discussions, and financial negotiations.
* Chase debt proactively, with confidence on the phone and via email, ensuring timely payments, even across international markets.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in credit control, ideally with exposure to international clients.
* Strong understanding of accounts payable and receivable processes.
* Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone - you\u2019re confident, persuasive, and personable.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing your time and priorities effectively.
Salary: \u00a325-\u00a330,000 p/a
