About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Care Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents, while also driving business growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver outstanding care and services to our residents
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • Proven experience in care home management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and services
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including the Care Act and CQC guidelines
