About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and inspirational leader to join our team as a Home Manager at Barchester Healthcare. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred care to our residents, while also leading and motivating your team to achieve outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
  • Lead and motivate your team to deliver exceptional care and service
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care and services
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of resources

About You

We are looking for an individual with inspirational leadership skills, a passion for person-centred care, and a successful track record of developing and motivating teams to deliver outstanding care. You will have excellent organisational and management skills, care home management, marketing, and occupancy experience, and a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC, and compliance guidelines.
