About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Care Home Manager to lead our team and deliver outstanding care to our residents. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall management and leadership of our care home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and services to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure the care home is run in accordance with regulatory requirements and best practice
  • Manage the care home's budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers and other stakeholders

Requirements
  • Proven experience of managing a care home or similar setting
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in care home management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
