We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Lead to join our Software Engineering team at IAG.ai. As a Data Product Lead, you will be responsible for driving product vision and strategy for our Engineering Metrics Platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the vision and roadmap for our Engineering Metrics Platform, leveraging data from engineering tools to uncover valuable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
  • Manage the roadmap, reporting, and OKRs for the Software Engineering team to ensure we are delivering value for IAG.ai teams and for our tools used across the IAG Group.
  • Design and create dashboards that help visualize the value of the Software Engineering team for senior stakeholders, creating compelling stories around tools usage, efficiency metrics, and OKR tracking.

Requirements:

  • Strong product management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage products that interface with technical tools and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate data into understandable insights for different roles and levels.
  • Strong ability to work with data and understand engineering productivity data, with knowledge of APIs and database queries highly desirable.
  • Dynamic, creative, problem-solving approach, with the ability to come up with ideas and hypotheses that enhance the value of the team's bespoke engineering metrics platform to produce engineering insights.
