Overview

The Opportunity
This role involves leading a Redemption Data Product within our redemption domain. You'll be responsible for all ground ancillary redemption data via our reward platform and holidays platform. You'll have accountability goals for the data product, as well as leading a team, including Data Engineers, Data Modellers, and Data Business Analysts, to execute your product roadmap and deliver customer, business, and partner value, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of the live product.

Your Responsibilities
- Consider new potential features with a commercial lens, ensuring prioritization is driven by business value in combination with stakeholder research and analytics.
- Set and prioritize the roadmap for your data product, ensuring solution design and decision-making are informed by business priorities, stakeholder research/data, and the efficient use of technology.
- Choose agile methodologies that best enable your team and product to be successful, continuously assessing their effectiveness and adjusting as needed.
- Be accountable for a secure, high-quality operation on your data product, including meeting data governance targets.
- Engage with key stakeholders on delivery, including at IAGL, with OpCos, non-air partners, and suppliers as needed, and communicate transparently around data product priorities and progress.
- Manage the budget for your data product, ensuring spend is efficient and meets budgets.

Your Skills and Experience
- Significant experience working in Data and/or Product and delivering features to market – but also an understanding of/experience in other business functions that your product will serve.
- Experience of Data products – understanding its importance and ensuring all key decisions are data-driven and customer validated.
- Managing others and building high-performing teams – including offshore remote workers.
- Experienced in Agile frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion, to build high-performance teams.

Your Benefits
- Estimated annual salary: £85,000 - £110,000 depending on experience and location.
- Access to non-contractual Annual Bookable Travel Concessions for you and up to 3 nominees.
- Unlimited standby and premium standby fares for you and your nominees on the full British Airways network and numerous other partner airlines from day one.
- Annual Bonus (dependent on company and individual performance).
- Company pension of 9% (6% contribution from IAGL, 3% employee contribution).
- 25 days annual leave, + 2 days charity leave and a day off on your birthday.
