As a SEN Teaching Assistant at GSL Education, you will play a vital role in supporting students with a range of complex needs, including autism, learning difficulties, and speech and language disorders.

In this rewarding role, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your tasks may include providing one-to-one support, implementing behaviour management strategies, and collaborating with families and other professionals.

We offer competitive pay rates of £12.82-14.72 per hour, ensuring that you are fairly compensated for your expertise and dedication. To succeed in this role, you will need:
