- Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to vulnerable adults and their families.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Relevant social work qualification and experience in adult social care.
- Knowledge of the legislative framework and legal proceedings that govern adult services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
- Passion for supporting vulnerable adults and their families.
