Join Our Client as Portfolio Leader - Leisure Estates

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to take on the role of Portfolio Leader - Leisure Estates. As a key member of our client's senior management team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of the company's asset management strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asset management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and developing effective procurement strategies. They will also possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.

About the Role:

  • Develop and deliver the asset management strategy to drive business growth.
  • Lead the delivery of all capital investment projects, worth £2m in 2024, and manage supplier contracts.
  • Develop and deliver the corporate sustainability strategy, energy conservation, and environmental policies.
  • Ensure investment decisions are strategically driven, balancing business needs and stakeholder requirements.
  • Implement effective procurement strategies that align with business priorities.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to inform investment planning and decision-making.
  • Manage risk effectively, embedding a culture of risk management throughout the organization.
  • Lead, direct, coach, and support the asset management team.
  • Oversee the company's health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in asset management, preferably within the leisure industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to motivate and direct a team of professionals.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
