Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Orthodontics UK team as Head of Orthodontics. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth across the hub, executing sales, marketing, and clinical education strategies to achieve Net Sales and CM targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets as a Sales Manager. You will possess strong leadership skills, with a deep understanding of financial analysis and synthetic priority management. Fluency in English is essential, as you will interact closely with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement annual business plans (P&L Budgeting and Forecasting), ensuring alignment with Net Sales and CM targets.
- Collaborate with the EMEA clinical marketing team to develop and roll out local courses, events, and services, nurturing key opinion leaders and partner relationships.
- Lead organizational change efforts, leveraging a data-driven, co-creation mindset to drive business growth and transformation.
- Develop and manage budgets, working closely with the finance team to ensure effective resource allocation.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging technologies, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also enjoy a comprehensive benefits program, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
