Job Title: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our dynamic early years team at Willing Care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for young children in our nursery setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
  • Plan and implement a range of age-appropriate activities to support the development of each child.
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to provide a holistic approach to childcare.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and development.
  • Uphold health and safety standards to ensure the well-being of all children in the setting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the quality of care and education provided.
Requirements:
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development and early years curriculum.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families.
  • A passion for creating inclusive and diverse learning environments.
  • Paediatric First Aid qualification (desirable).
