Early Years Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, promoting their physical, emotional, and educational development.
Key Responsibilities- Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring a stimulating and engaging learning environment for children.
- Childcare and Support: Provide exceptional care and support for children's physical, emotional, and educational needs, building strong relationships with children and their families.
- Observation and Assessment: Regularly observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and contributing to individual learning plans.
- Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and partnership working, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with nursery policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for children.
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent.
- Experience: Experience working in a nursery or early years setting, with a sound knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- DBS Check: DBS check and right to work in the UK.
