About the Role

As an Oncology Homecare Nurse at LloydsPharmacy Clinical Homecare, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' own homes. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, empathy, and communication skills to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer chemotherapy and other systemic anti-cancer therapies to patients in their homes
  • Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on managing side effects and adhering to treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication
  • Travel extensively to visit patients in their homes, using a company-provided vehicle
