About The Role

As an Oncology Homecare Nurse at Hallo Healthcare Group, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in the comfort of patients' own homes. This role requires a high level of clinical expertise, empathy, and communication skills to deliver exceptional care to patients with complex conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Administer Systemic Anti-Cancer Therapy (SACT) and other treatments to patients in their homes
  2. Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  4. Travel extensively between patients' homes, requiring a full UK driving license
  5. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical guidelines and best practices

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid NMC PIN and a formal Oncology qualification or equivalent experience
  • Experience in administering SACT and other treatments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A full UK driving license
