About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Account Manager to join our team at Robert Hurst Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate projects from start to finish, including preparing estimates, creating works orders, and translating project briefs into actionable internal work orders.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service and project management, with a strong background in MIS & CRM systems.
  • Skillset: Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and manage your time efficiently.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience.
