About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our Surgical Same Day Emergency Care team at East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our service.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in a similar role, with a strong background in clinical practice and a passion for delivering excellent patient care. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, examination, diagnosis, and treatment

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Participate in clinical audit and quality improvement activities to ensure the highest standards of patient care
