Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Sea Containers London. As a Night Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during the night shift.

• Financial Management: Perform night audit duties, including balancing accounts, reconciling financial transactions, and preparing reports for management.
• Guest Experience: Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and courteously, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Hotel Operations: Monitor and ensure the security of the hotel during the night shift, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest requests or issues.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of room statuses and updates in the property management system.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Handover: Provide a detailed handover to the morning shift to ensure continuity of service.
