As our next Night Auditor, you will be:

• A dedicated team player with a unique personality and the ability to work methodically.
• Available for shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., allowing for flexible personal time management.
• The welcoming face of Mercure London Bridge, ensuring guest well-being and safety during nighttime hours while adding a personal touch to their experience.
• Responsible for assisting in the hotel's nighttime operations and supporting other departments in preparing for the following day.
• An independent and passionate individual committed to enhancing the quality of hotel services.
• Conducting night audits and safety checks to ensure the security and comfort of all guests.
• Confident in managing guest relations, including those requiring special attention.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with hotel and financial security protocols, as well as guest confidentiality.
• Ability to utilize Property Management System software, such as OPERA Cloud.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous.

To facilitate your success in this role, comprehensive training will be provided in all front-of-house functions and property safety. Fluency in English is essential for effectively welcoming and caring for our guests.

• Annual salary: £27,763.3
