As our next Night Auditor, you will be:

• A dedicated team player with a strong understanding of human interactions and a unique personality.
• Available to work shifts from 10:15 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., allowing for flexible personal time management.
• The welcoming face of Mercure London Bridge, ensuring guest well-being and safety during the night while adding your personal touch to their experience.
• Responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the hotel at night and supporting other departments in preparation for the following day.
• An autonomous and passionate individual committed to enhancing the quality of hotel services.
• Tasked with conducting night audits and safety checks to ensure the security and comfort of all guests.

You should possess confidence in all areas of guest relations, recognizing and addressing the needs of all guests, including those requiring special attention.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• An understanding of hotel and financial security protocols, as well as guest confidentiality
• Experience with Property Management System software, such as OPERA Cloud
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
• Previous experience in a hotel Front Office or Finance team is advantageous

To support your success in this role, you will receive training in all front-of-house functions and safety protocols. Fluency in English is essential to effectively welcome and care for our guests.

Understanding our guests' perspectives is crucial, and as you acclimate to your new position, we will arrange an overnight stay for you to experience our hospitality firsthand.

• Annual salary: £27,763.3
• Annual leave: Increases by one day for each continuous year of service (up to a maximum of five additional days)
