Health, Environment, Quality Manager

Apart from managing risks, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring safe working practices, our Health, Environment, Quality Manager will also oversee the development of our health, safety, and environmental training program.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead site visits to assess potential hazards and advise on mitigation strategies
  • Develop and implement HSEQ management plans, method statements, risk assessments, and noise and manual handling assessments
  • Coordinate regular site inspections with site managers and general forepersons to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Deliver employee training programs and contribute to the development of our health, safety, and environmental training program
  • Compile quarterly HSEQ reports detailing incidents, enforcement agency visits, and environmental compliance
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay up-to-date with new legislative requirements and industry best practices

Essential Requirements:
  • UK driving license
  • Civil works knowledge in a construction environment
  • Valid CSCS card
  • NEBOSH General certification (desirable)
