Job Overview
Premier Engineering is seeking a Quality Assurance and Health Safety Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Quality team and implementing QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO standards.

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced QHSE Manager who can drive a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and create reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, environmental, and quality legislation and regulations.
  • Conducting risk assessments and supporting operational teams in identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks.
  • Driving a culture of continuous improvement through regular training, toolbox talks, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on QHSE performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.


Requirements:
The successful candidate will need to have:
  • Proven experience as a QHSE Manager in a manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environment.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent safety qualification.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create reports.


Salary Information:
