Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Colleague Share Plan Manager to join our team at NatWest Group. As a key member of our Corporate Governance team, you will be responsible for managing complex share plan projects and providing professional advice on share plan and share-based remuneration issues.

About the Role

As a Colleague Share Plan Manager, you will be responsible for leading on share plan global due diligence activities and projects, working in conjunction with our external advisers. You will also provide practical and commercial advice on the application of our discretionary and all-employee share plan rules.

Key Responsibilities

  • Share Plan Grant and Vest Events
    • Manage and support the delivery of share plan grant and vest events, including the share sourcing approach and settlement strategy.
    • Oversee Sharesave invitations and maturities.
  • Share Plan Disclosure and Reporting
    • Own, draft, and ensure the timely publication or submission of the bank's share plan related disclosure, reporting, and filing requirements.
  • Share Plan Administrator Relationship
    • Maintain the day-to-day relationship with the bank's external share plan administrator.
    • Monitor service levels and work collaboratively to innovate and improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Share Plan Communications
    • Curate our share plan communications strategy.
    • Ensure all relevant collateral is clear, accurate, and engaging.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need deep knowledge and experience of the design, compliance, and delivery considerations of operating share plans globally. You will also need:

  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication, presentation, and organisation skills.
  • A sound understanding and experience of global share plan legislation and administration.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks, anticipate problems, react to changing priorities, challenge others, and assert your views when required.
