Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Electronics Design Engineer to join our team at GE Aviation. As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will work on the development of electronics products for aerospace systems, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design, test, and verify electronic products under supervision
  2. Support requirements management throughout the product lifecycle to ensure compliance
  3. Generate clear documentation in line with standards and procedures
  4. Collaborate with engineers to problem-solve and deliver project outcomes
  5. Support preparation for technical design and verification reviews
  6. Raise technical risks and issues and support their analysis and resolution

Required Qualifications:

  1. An Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent experience
  2. Experience of producing conceptual electronic designs
  3. Developing understanding of PCB design concepts
  4. Understanding of electronic digital or analogue design
  5. Ability to generate clear documentation

Compensation:

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
