As Regional Data Management Lead for EMEA, you'll oversee the implementation of comprehensive data strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence within your team. You'll build strong relationships with senior leaders, driving cross-functional initiatives that break down silos and promote data-centric decision-making.


You'll stay at the forefront of global data trends, ensuring that our organization remains agile and responsive to changing market conditions. By nurturing a flexible and adaptable team culture, you'll empower your team members to excel in their roles and drive business outcomes.


Key Requirements

  • A proven track record in implementing data strategies and leading high-performing teams within a technology-driven environment.
  • The ability to analyze complex business needs and develop effective data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders, hiring, mentoring, and leading a team.
  • Familiarity with the latest data trends and technologies, coupled with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
