  • Assist the support team in sourcing and facilitating planned move-on options for clients, preparing case reports and statistical records.
  • Undertake client welfare checks as directed, prioritizing the safety and well-being of our service users.
  • Oversee administration tasks and reception duties, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
  • Build relationships with service users, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Support service users to live independently, encouraging participation in social and leisure activities.
  • Assist with the practicalities of everyday living, helping service users to maintain their independence.

Requirements:

  • DBS clearance within the last 12 months (original copy required).
  • Experience working with homeless individuals or similar populations.
