Opus People Solutions: Safeguarding Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Safeguarding Lead to join our team at Opus People Solutions. As a key member of our safeguarding team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our residents and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement safeguarding policies and procedures in line with CQC and Ofsted guidelines.
  • Oversee the daily execution of safeguarding, behaviour, and wellbeing practices.
  • Provide data and insights to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
  • Design and deliver safeguarding and behaviour training for staff through CPD initiatives.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, staff, and external agencies on intervention strategies.
  • Support the development of behaviour, pastoral care, and wellbeing policies.

Requirements:
  • DSL Training Level 3 or above
  • GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths & English
