Job Summary:

As a SEN Teacher at Empowering Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting pupils with special educational needs. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure the best possible outcomes for our pupils.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement individualized learning plans for pupils with special educational needs
* Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and external agencies to ensure effective communication and support
* Create a positive and nurturing environment that promotes pupils' emotional well-being and self-confidence
* Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage pupils and enhance their learning experience
* Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing regular feedback to families, colleagues, and pupils

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a similar role and a strong understanding of special education
* Proven experience working with pupils with various SEND requirements
* Hold a degree and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Be passionate about promoting pupil well-being and helping every child reach their potential
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with pupils
