Job Summary:The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons, providing individual support to students with additional learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with teachers to plan and prepare teaching materials, ensuring they meet the learning objectives.
- Provide individual support to students, adapting teaching strategies to meet their specific needs.
- Supervise students during class and break times, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment.
- Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification desirable.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- First Aid certification.
- Additional training in Special Educational Needs (SEN) support.
This role involves working within a school environment, following school hours and term times.
