Special Needs Support Assistant

The School and Role

We are currently seeking to appoint a Special Needs Support Assistant to work within a school in Durham. As a Special Needs Support Assistant you will be working in small groups supporting learners who have special educational needs. This is a primary class where the learners are working at an early years level.

The school are seeking someone who can be adaptable, resilient and hwo can pick things up quickly. The desired Special Needs Support Assistant will have;

Experience of working with students with Autism or other additional needs
A passion for education and helping people
