At Knight Frank, we are seeking a skilled Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing Delivery Team, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of our BAU, templated marketing activity.

We are a firm of exceptional advisors, working across the globe, in partnership with our customers and clients to deliver them a lifetime of value. Our customers, clients, and advisors need to be supported by the very best in customer and client-facing digital products.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns and possess good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and successfully work across a number of projects at one time.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflow of Tier 2 projects, from initial brief to final delivery
  • Ensure correct workflow compliance of all briefs through our creative platforms
  • Drive workflow process end to end, including receiving briefs, ensuring deliverables, budget, and deadlines are clear and achievable, creating project timelines, and collaborating with our creative services team
  • Review all work to ensure it is on brand and of the highest quality
  • Take part in regular stand-ups with the Campaign Delivery Manager to report the project's status
  • Ensure all final assets are uploaded into our DAM and correctly tagged
  • Use campaign reporting/tracking and ensure they are being picked up in the Power BI dashboard
  • Arrange 'lessons learned' project wash-ups at the end of each campaign

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Good project management skills with the ability to prioritize and successfully work across a number of projects at one time
  • Confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, hands-on, and a good sense of self-motivation
  • Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
  • Flexible, adaptable, and co-operative attitude; able to work efficiently alone or as part of a wider team
