About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Liverpool, Allerton Road. As a key member of our field-based retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective setup of fixtures, attractive product and promotion displays, and well-stocked shelves within The Entertainer concession within Tesco.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expertise in The Entertainer brand and products, with the ability to share knowledge with the team.
  • Compliance with merchandising standards, store policies, and health and safety guidelines.
  • Product placement and replenishment, including arranging and organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visibility and appeal.
  • Promotional and point-of-sale setup, including setting up displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills, including building and maintaining good working relationships with in-store colleagues and providing accurate and timely feedback to client account teams.
Requirements
  • Experience in merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and use initiative to find solutions.
  • Pride in delivering great standards and service for clients.
  • Comfortable with manual handling and willing to accept home deliveries of point-of-sale or stock items for some visits.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about tasks.
  • A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.
