Support Worker Professional

Our team is looking for a skilled Care / Support Worker to support one of our clients living with a brain injury in their own home and within the community.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be flexible to cover annual leave and sickness, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

This role involves supporting our client to lead an independent lifestyle, engaging in various activities such as:

  • Board and card games
  • Outings with social groups
  • Bowling
  • Low-level woodwork

Working hours include a combination of day shifts (8am-2pm) and evening shifts (7pm-9pm), with some ad-hoc hours available.

A competitive hourly rate of £12.84 is offered, with additional pay for online training courses and overtime opportunities.

A comprehensive induction and ongoing support are provided, including bespoke clinical training sessions, pension contributions, and mobility vehicle access.
