Inclusive Activities Coordinator

Wayman Learning Trust is seeking a highly skilled Physical Education Support Professional to join our team.
As a specialist school in Guildford, we provide a supportive and engaging environment for students with special educational needs.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering physical education adapted to meet the needs of individual students and promoting student wellbeing through sport.
Responsibilities:
- Delivering physical education sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
- Supporting students in developing confidence and teamwork skills through sport and physical activity.
- Maintaining accurate records of student progress and adapting activities accordingly.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in a special needs environment.
- A strong passion for sport and physical activity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A patient and supportive approach when working with students.
- A clear DBS check.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
Estimated Salary: £23,000 - £29,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
