Housekeeping Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our Supervisory team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day housekeeping and linen service across a 7-day working week.
Main Responsibilities
Key duties will include:
- Managing the linen and uniform service across the site
- Ensuring adequate clean linen is provided to the wards
- Issuing uniforms to staff in a timely manner
- Carrying out regular cleaning audits and risk assessments
- Completing and updating COSHH data and cleaning schedules
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Experience in a cleaning environment
- Proven track record in supervising staff
- Ability to communicate positively with staff and patients
- Flexibility in your daily approach to challenging situations
