Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join our team in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This part-time role will involve assisting with accounts administration and ensuring the smooth running of the office.

Responsibilities:
  • Raising sales and purchase orders to maintain accurate records
  • Inputting purchase invoices and matching them to purchase orders for efficient processing
  • Greeting visitors, answering incoming calls, and handling queries in a professional manner
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You should be proficient in using various software applications, including Microsoft Office, and have experience in accounts administration.

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based in our Stratford-Upon-Avon office and will be required to work flexibly as needed.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
