Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled IT professional to join our Centralised Services team as a Centralised Services Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.


About the Role:
  • Provide technical oversight of global systems, ensuring they meet the required standards and are secure.
  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.

  • Collaborate with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that all systems are designed, implemented, and maintained to the highest standards.
  2. Project Management: Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure maximum efficiency.
  3. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standard.
  4. Customer Liaison: Collaborate with customers, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:
  • Organized enterprise systems administrator with comprehensive engineering skills.
  • Proven experience in project management, technical leadership, and team coordination.
  • Strong security and administration tools knowledge, including patching, antivirus, backup, and vulnerability assessment.
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft technology products, including Azure, Office 365, Windows Server, Active Directory, and Hyper-V.
