Bank Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) to join our nurse staff bank at Stanley House, a service that provides specialized care and expert therapeutic intervention for individuals affected by Neurological Conditions.
As a Bank Nurse, you will have the flexibility to choose which shifts you want to work each week, with a zero-hour contract that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality evidence-based care to men and women with Neurological conditions in a modern and purpose-built hospital.
- Support your colleagues and promote good teamwork.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to support and enable residents to undergo reviews of their specific and/or changing needs.
- A relevant nursing qualification.
- NMC registration.
- Previous experience in a similar setting.
- Strong team-working skills.
- A high level of self-motivation and a flexible approach.
- A positive attitude and be naturally caring and compassionate.
- An hourly rate of £19.28 (£21.61 plus 12.07% holiday uplift).
