We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Stanley House in Bosbury. As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to individuals with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to service users
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet individual needs
- Support and mentor colleagues to promote good teamwork and communication
- Observe, record, and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided
- Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
- Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
- Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
- Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
- Annual salary of £37,985 - £39,504 (depending on experience)
