Quantity Surveyor - Northampton

A large privately owned construction business is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale design and build projects ranging from £20m to £120m.

The initial development is an industrial and logistics park consisting of several individual units. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing the commercial aspects of the project, including cost control and contract administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project costs and ensure compliance with company targets
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Coordinate commercial activities with internal teams and external partners

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a commercial construction environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
