About the Role

The Complex Needs Project Worker will be working in our Camden Women's Recovery Service hostel providing specialist interventions for a designated caseload and to the wider client group, via our in-house recovery programme.

This role will involve working intensively with residents on their support needs, adopting a trauma-informed approach and role-modeling good practice for working with those who have experienced multiple disadvantage.

The successful candidate will work to establish a culture of co-production where residents are at the forefront of the work, promoting autonomy and building individual confidence and interpersonal skills.

About You

  • Previous experience of working with female rough sleepers or people with complex mental health, physical health or substance use support needs.
  • An understanding of working with people using person-centered approaches and working collaboratively within a harm minimization and recovery framework.
  • A flexible, innovative and creative approach to working with a sometimes hard to engage and challenging client group.
