About the Role:

  • As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality social care services to adults in the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.

  • With a strong focus on safeguarding, you will ensure that all individuals receive the necessary support and protection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safeguarding adults at risk, in accordance with the Care Act 2014 and other relevant legislation.
  • Conducting comprehensive care assessments, using the Care Act 2014 framework.
  • Providing advice and information to individuals, families, and carers on social care options and services.
