Deputy Care Manager Job Opportunity

The role of Deputy Care Manager at Sense offers a rewarding career for Senior Support Workers and Team Leaders looking to progress their careers in social care.

You will support the Registered Care Manager in providing high-quality, personalised care to individuals, with responsibilities including 15 hours of direct support as a Support Worker and 22.5 office hours for staff management tasks.

About this role:

  1. This is a full-time position in our CQC registered service in Handsworth Wood, Birmingham.
  2. We are seeking a candidate with prior experience of working in a Social Care setting, such as Community/Residential/Supported Living.
  3. A full UK manual licence is essential, as you will be required to drive company vehicles for appointments, activities, and trips.
  4. We welcome applications from candidates with knowledge of multiple sensory impairments, physical and/or learning disabilities.

Salary: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
