About the Job

At Cpl UK - Healthcare, we are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential care homes. The successful candidate will provide a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the care, development, and welfare of children in line with care standards and regulations.
  • Provide effective leadership, ensuring staff are well-supported, supervised, and trained.
  • Maintain and review care plans, documentation, and progress reports for young people.
  • Collaborate with external professionals to deliver holistic care.
  • Manage home operations, including staffing, compliance, and Health & Safety standards.
  • Promote positive relationships and ensure a high standard of care delivery.

We estimate this role to pay around £55,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.

Requirements:

  • A Level 5 qualification in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Experience in managing children's homes with a strong understanding of Ofsted requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage care plans, and ensure compliance.
