Job Description:

You will play a vital role in the day-to-day maintenance of Tiger Trailers' IT infrastructure, serving as the primary point of contact for users. Your responsibilities will include maintaining, developing, and improving all IT systems to optimize the company's operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components of servers, networks, and IT systems to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning optimally.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems, performance issues, and security incidents.
  • Administer and maintain servers, including routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades, to ensure backup systems are functioning and data integrity is maintained.
  • Monitor firewalls and antivirus/malware protection to ensure compliance with data standards.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
  • Assist with setting up users with accounts, permissions, passwords, and desk moves.
  • Liaise with vendors for procurement, repair, and technical support of IT equipment.
  • Monitor user issues and feedback to enhance internal systems.

Requirements:

  • Well-organized and good time management/planning skills.
  • Able to bend and stand for periods of time, as well as lift items of IT equipment such as servers and hardware.

Estimated Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and location considerations.
