About the Job

As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to users across the business, including 1st-3rd line support, hardware and software maintenance, and server, network, and system support.

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Monitor firewalls, antivirus, and ensure data standards are upheld
  • Support end-users with accounts, permissions, and password management
  • Lead projects for upgrades and new technology implementations
  • Manage vendor relationships for procurement, repairs, and service agreements
  • Make recommendations for new solutions and improve existing infrastructure
  • Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in an IT Engineer role
  • Proven track record of providing 1st-3rd line support
  • Successful execution of upgrade and implementation projects
  • Expertise in Windows server, Active Directory, O 365, and MDM
  • Familiarity with Cisco networking and firewalls
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for technology and staying up-to-date with new solutions
