About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Managing Director to lead our B2C businesses in the Lincolnshire area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth and profitability, with experience in managing senior teams and full P&L responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the Senior Team against KPIs
  2. Full P&L responsibility
  3. Preparing board reports
  4. Driving growth and profitability
  5. Ensuring overall success of the business
  6. Product development and spotting opportunities for new commercial opportunities
  7. Delivering on the strategic direction of the business

Requirements:

  1. Experience of working for an owner/founder managed business
  2. Experience within a direct-to-consumer (D2C) environment
  3. Experience within a highly operational environment
  4. Strong financial management skills
  5. Multi-disciplinary experience, a varied career is a plus here
  6. Previously held full P&L responsibility
  7. Strong people manager, coach and mentor
  8. Proven track record in driving growth of new product and services
