Strategic Growth and Development Executive

Career Legal is an international law firm that requires a skilled Business Development Executive to join their team. This role involves driving new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal industry and be able to work collaboratively with legal teams. Key responsibilities include:
- Determining and cultivating new business opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
- Maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, responding to their enquiries.
- Working collaboratively with lawyers and other business development team members to develop and support proposals and pitches for new business opportunities.
- Providing market trend and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies.
- Creating and maintaining marketing materials, including practice area descriptions, partner biographies, and other marketing collateral.
- Planning and executing client events, including seminars, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
- Preparing directory and ranking submissions.
- Managing and tracking business development activity and results.
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging and high-quality service delivery across departments.
