We are seeking an experienced Economics Teacher to join our team at a highly respected school in Hillingdon. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to teach economics to students and contribute to their academic success.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of economic theory and its application to real-world problems. They will also have excellent teaching skills and be able to motivate and engage students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging lessons to students, covering microeconomics and macroeconomics topics.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement effective lesson plans.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • A degree in Economics or a related subject, or relevant teaching experience.
  • An understanding of the UK National Curriculum and its implementation.

Salary and Benefits:

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience. As an Outer London MPS/UPS teacher, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package.
