About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Research Expert to join our team in London. This is a senior role that requires extensive experience in managing large international financial projects, with a strong focus on quantitative methodology and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in questionnaire design, MaxDiff, conjoint, and regression analysis, and be comfortable using TURF, Max Diffs, pricing models, regression analysis, and other statistical tools.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Quantitative Methodology:
    • Elevate our quantitative offering by bringing expertise in running multi-market ad-hoc projects, designing, and interpreting analytics – especially conjoint.
    • Develop comfort using TURF, Max Diffs, pricing models, regression analysis, and other statistical tools.
  • Client Relationship:
    • Elevate our client service by building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, particularly the leading US financial company.
    • Deliver excellent client communication, ensuring effective understanding of commercial/strategic needs and challenges.
  • Teamwork:
    • Collaborate with senior team members and guide junior staff in a flat, dynamic environment.
    • Communicate effectively and provide clear guidance to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as marketing, finance, or economics.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in research and analytics, with a strong focus on quantitative methodology and client relationships.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary: £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience.
