Job Overview:

Cvent is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to join our team in a hospitality cloud role. In this position, you will work closely with our strategic accounts team and customer success team to identify business development opportunities with key partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong consultative approach and solution-selling skills, with the ability to effectively manage coordination between teams to grow overall partnerships and increase market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop current relationships and identify new contacts to meet and exceed individual and department revenue expectations.
  • Pursue targeted key strategic initiatives, classified by accounts actively managed by the SAT rep and the CS rep, focusing on adoption, new opportunities, and long-term strategies.
  • Travel up to 20% to represent Cvent at major tradeshows and hotel sales conferences, host product seminars, or attend client meetings.

Requirements:

  • University degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to speak German to a business standard is a huge plus.
  • Extensive experience selling to and/or managing hotel accounts at the corporate level.
  • Familiarity with a high outbound call volume and high talk time sales environment.
